Playing for Right Human Relations accepts payment by credit card – including VISA, Mastercard and VISA credit card – and Paypal. Payment will be charged to your account once the product is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner incl. VAT).

Paypal encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.

The Quickpay payment method in which you use your credit card is also protected with an SSL certificate, installed on the playprop.com domain. This ensures a safe transaction and that your card will not be visible to outside parties.

Playing for Right Human Relations will ship orders received before 12:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will only be sent out the following day.
Playing for Right Human Relations ensures delivery by Post Denmark (unless otherwise indicated) to the beneficiary on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery relies on Post Denmark’s day-to-day delivery. If there are delays within Post Denmark, this will delay the delivery of your product. Post Denmark ensures that 97% of letters and 99% of parcels will be delivered. Note that these percentages are average and can fluctuate based on large local and temporary variations. Playing for Right Human Relations cannot be held responsible for delays within Post Denmark. In cases of very late (several days) or outright damaged deliveries, Playing for Right Human Relations will of course send out new deliveries free of charge.

Delivery to Bornholm and some small islands is not covered by Post Denmark’s day-to-day delivery goals; shipments to these areas can sometimes take two days. You may want to consider requesting a delivery date a day earlier than you would like to receive the product to compensate for Post Denmark’s extra delivery time.
Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad also goes through Post Denmark.

Playing for Right Human Relations provides a 2-year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, covering any manufacturing and material defects that occur with normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damage directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects you notice during normal use should be directed to Playing for Right Human Relations within a reasonable time. If necessary, the product can be returned for repair or replacement, or you can receive company credit. Playing for Right Human Relations will cover the shipping costs associated with your complaints to a reasonable extent.

Returns should also be sent to this address. Please note that we do not receive packages that require us to pay for the package upon receiving it. We also don’t receive or deliver goods personally. It is not a requirement, but your reimbursement will be sped up if adequate information is included with the package – i.e. a copy of the order confirmation, the registration number and account number of the bank account which will be reimbursed, copies of any prior correspondence, etc.

In case orders with discounts, returned goods or prepaid products are cancelled before shipment, there will be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Reimbursement usually occurs by bank transfer and Playing for Right Human Relations will therefore need the registration and account numbers for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be sent to us by email or another traditional correspondence form.

There is a 14-day return policy on goods, counted from the day you receive them. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. When the merchandise is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of returning the package.
If you wish to return your order, you must communicate this to us up to 14 days after your purchase. Then, you must return your order within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to return your order.
Notify us by emailing adm@playprop.com. In the message, make it clear that you wish to return your order. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it to us with your returned product. You can find it here: WITHDRAWAL FORM.

Product condition on return
You will only be liable for any diminished value to the goods if it results from handling the game in excess of what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. In other words – you can try the product the same way as if you were to try it in a physical store.

If the product shows evidence of use exceeding regular trial handling, we consider it used. This means you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.

To receive the entire purchase amount, you must return the product in the same condition as you would in a physical store. You can test the product, but you mustn’t actually use it.

Reimbursement for the product will occur using the same payment method as was used during the purchase of goods.
